  • Booking Policies:
    To secure your spot, please pre-register at least 1 hour befor classes begin on our website. We cannot promise availability for walk-ins since classes may fill up. Drop-in options are available for those aged 12 and older. A minimum of 4 participants must be registered at least 3 hours prior to the start time for a class to take place.
  • Waitlist Policy:
    Once a class is fully booked (16 participants), you will be placed on a waitlist. If a spot opens up, we will notify you by email—so please make sure your notifications are turned on. If you don’t receive an email, it means no spots became available, and you won’t be charged for the class. Any fees will be credited to your account for future use.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Due to limited space, we request that you cancel your reservation at least 5 hours before the class start time. If you cancel within this timeframe, the session will be credited back to your account for future use. Cancellations made within the 5-hour window will result in the session fee being deducted from your account.
  • Latecomers Policy:
    To respect both our faculty and fellow students, anyone arriving 15 minutes or later after the class has started will not be allowed to join. We encourage you to plan accordingly to account for traffic and other potential delays.
  • Refund Policy:
    All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel early, your session will be credited to your account for future use. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the class start time will not receive a credit. Memberships can be canceled at any time through our Membership Portal. Please ensure that cancellation requests are submitted before your next billing cycle begins.
  • Class Expirations:
    Drop in 5-Class Pass: Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. 10-Class Pass: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. 20-Class Pass: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 50-Class Pass: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 100-Class Pass: Valid for 18 months year from the date of purchase
  • Monthly Membership & No-Show Policy:
    Monthly memberships are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and cannot be paused or suspended during this period. If a monthly membership holder fails to attend a scheduled class, their card will be suspended for 72 hours.
  • What Time Should I Arrive?
    Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to the class start time, and check in with our friendly front desk team! We offer individual restrooms/change rooms and a filtered water station. Latecomers can join no later than 15 minutes past the class start time.😘
  • What Should I Wear?
    Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to move! Sneakers are recommended for all dance classes. For outfit ideas, check out our classes on YouTube.
  • Where Can I Find Class Footage?
    Class footage will be available for download HERE 24-72 hours after the session. Please note that not all classes include recorded choreography at the end. If you prefer not to be filmed, don't worry — you will always have the choice to dance on or off camera.
  • Beginner
    For dancers with some experience, our classes are designed to build on the basics introduced in our Intro program. You'll refine foundational techniques, expand your dance vocabulary, and continue learning basic choreography. Recommended experience: 0-0.5 year.
  • Beg/Int
    Ideal for dancers with some experience and a grasp of basic dance terminology. This level builds on the foundational skills from beginner classes, introducing more complex choreography. Recommended experience: 1-2 years.
  • Intermediate
    Tailored for dancers with a strong understanding of dance vocabulary and foundational techniques, these classes explore more intricate grooves, advanced concepts, and detailed choreography. Ideal for those with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Intermediate/Advanced
    Designed for dancers with a solid grasp of dance terminology and advanced concepts, these classes emphasize style refinement and tackle more complex choreography. Recommended for those with 3+ years of experience.
  • Advanced
    Designed for experienced dancers with a solid grasp of dance vocabulary and advanced techniques, these classes focus on refining your skills and exploring intricate choreography. Recommended experience: 5+ years.
  • All Level
    Suitable for dancers of all levels, classes focus on foundational movements, cultural context, and basic choreography. View our schedule for detailed class descriptions.
